Armrock Bathroom Renovation Process
Every great renovation starts with a plan. At Armrock Constructions, we begin with a free appraisal and quote, where Roland takes the time to understand your goals, space and budget. From there, our team manages every stage of the project — design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling and finishing — all coordinated in-house so you’re never left chasing multiple tradespeople. We keep you informed at every step, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from concept through to the final reveal.
Renovation Builder FAQ
While the two roles often overlap, they serve different purposes on a renovation project. A carpenter is a tradesperson who specialises in working with timber and framing — cutting, installing and fitting structural and finishing elements like frames, doorways, skirting and cabinetry.
A builder, on the other hand, oversees the entire renovation from start to finish. As a licensed builder, Roland Balo manages and coordinates all trades involved in your bathroom renovation — including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing and tiling — ensuring every stage is completed to code, on schedule, and to a high standard.
In short: a carpenter handles one trade, while a builder manages the whole project. Choosing an experienced bathroom renovation builder like Roland means one point of contact, full accountability, and a streamlined renovation process from design to finish.

Renovation Design Focus
Armrock Constructions designs Gold Coast bathrooms around how you live, then builds them with every trade managed under one team. Good design starts with the details that shape a room: a floating or freestanding vanity to set the layout, round mirrors to soften clean lines, and an LED niche to add storage and a warm glow.
Finishes matter just as much, whether that’s the choice between a matte or glossy sink or the pattern and texture of herringbone tiles. With 450+ bathroom renovations completed across the region, we know how to turn these choices into a cohesive, practical space that suits Gold Coast homes, from small ensuites to full main bathrooms.
Servicing the Gold Coast Region
Armrock Constructions is a Gold Coast bathroom renovation builder that manages every trade under one team, from plumbing, electrical and waterproofing to tiling, carpentry and the final finishes.
With 450+ bathroom renovations completed, we work across the whole region, from the northern suburbs of Southport, Hope Island and Helensvale, through the hinterland and central areas around Robina, to the southern beachside streets of Burleigh Heads. Every project follows the same structure, from design and planning through to a finished bathroom, so you deal with one builder rather than coordinating separate tradies.
Whether you’re updating an ensuite, a main bathroom or an apartment, we bring local knowledge of Gold Coast homes, building codes and trends to every job.
