Updated Laundry
This laundry is a whole new world! A high-end impression is established by timber-look laminate custom cabinetry. Timber tones are a popular addition to many of our projects. They create a natural vibe, which lightens the whole room and create a welcoming feeling as well. The cabinetry are anchored by updated flooring and half-wall tiling. Note the matte-black tapware, which is a feature throughout this Gold Coast home.

Shower Renovation
A semi-frameless shower enables the shower to occupy minimal visual space, allowing it’s visible features (matte-black tapware, showerhead and frame) to create an architectural impression, and develop relationships with other accessories such as the towel rails. As you can see in the shower, there is a tiled niche – a popular inclusion for many of our Gold Coast bathroom projects.

Free-Standing Bath Tub
In addition to the bathtub, this picture gives a good overall impression of the bathroom and the matte black features. There’s a high degree of contrast, but it’s not overdone, creating a lively and dynamic impression for this Gold Coast property.

Custom Vanity Unit
A custom vanity unit is a great way to optimise your bathroom. Regardless of the space you’re working with, a custom vanity enables you to make the most of opportunities. In this case, the vanity is neatly tucked in between the tub and doorway – nice and neat. Apologies, the renovation wasn’t 100% finished in this picture!

Finally, here is a photography of the complete renovation – a little bit tricky to achieve across three rooms, but you get the idea. In the toilet, the reno themes continue (matte black features, floor & wall tiling) creating another member of a family of rooms.
